Devanshi Family Trust provides the long-term ownership and capital foundation behind an international group of corporate platforms and independently focused businesses. Its purpose is continuity: to create a durable framework within which enterprises can develop across mandates, markets and generations.
Institutional origins
The modern Devanshi institutional journey began in January 2011.

Devanshi Asset Management Ltd. was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands as a sister concern, establishing the corporate counterpart to the Foundation.
The ownership mandate
Built to hold businesses, not merely transactions.
Ownership is exercised through a deliberately layered structure. The Trust provides continuity of ownership and long-term capital; DAM Asset Management Ltd. provides the umbrella corporate and asset-management platform; subsidiary entities hold differentiated portfolios and operating mandates.
The objective is not to impose a single commercial identity on every constituent. Different enterprises serve different markets. The common foundation is disciplined ownership, clear mandates and the capacity to think beyond individual transactions.
